Medication information is sourced from:

• FDA OpenFDA APIs
• FDA-published Prescribing Information (SPL / PI)

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Pricing is subject to change with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.

6. Free Access & Limitations

Limited features are available without a subscription. Medguide reserves the right to modify or restrict free access features at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Medguide for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or extract data without permission, to reverse engineer the app, or to misrepresent information from the app.
